ETC Group has extended its commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence by promoting Jane Guyer, PE, to the position of Vice President of Client Relations and Account Management.
In her new role in the Account Management program, Jane’s focus will be centered around expanding ETC Group’s customer centric culture, guaranteeing customer project satisfaction and growing customer energy management. Through this program, we not only expect to retain existing clients, but be able to improve the quality of our service based on productive feedback from our clients.

Since the first initiation of the program in July, Jane has built a customer contact system that can record account manager’s activities and measure results utilizing CRM and customer surveys.
