Quality Assurance and M&V for Performance Contracting

Measurement and verification of energy efficiency projects includes formal measurement and verification (M&V) for performance contracting and less formal verification of savings and functional performance of individual or groups of efficiency retrofits.

We can apply the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) when called for and use related Guidelines such as ASHRAE Guideline 14 – Measurement of Energy and Demand Savings.
